Shot through the heart and you're to blame....Darling you give love a bad name...
Isn't it strange that sometimes the people you love the most end up doing something completely callous and indifferent and don't even realize it? The sad thing is that you know that it wasn't deliberate, yet you still can't help feeling hurt. You steer clear of making excuses for them, that's because you can look inside their head and see what was going on in their thought processes, yet this is little consolation to the big chink that goes missing from your heart. It's like a part of your love for them dies, over something small and insignificant in the grand scheme of things...but it still matters because you're disappointed somehow... in the depth of your feelings for them and in their sensitivity to yours.
Is there really any kind of love that conquers all?

i just read this post of yours and sat still for a minute memories of a particularly difficult time for me washing over me. when i actually believed that love conquers all in the naivest sense of the word.
personally i think no we put way tooo much expectation on people we love. we expect them NEVER to hurt us, we expect NEVER to hurt them, we think nothing can EVER draw us apart. i think im coming to realize love is what gets left over when all this happena dn you are able to get back up and hug the person for who he is to you now, as opposed to before.
dealing with disappointment is scary. coz you wonder if you will ever feel the same way again. possibly not. but there are newer (better!!) ways to feel WITH that knowledge of the person too. persoanlly it comes down to a choice. hehe sorry this wasnt meant to be a sermon just got carried away with the familiarity if the emotion!! keep visiting!
